Eight Kit is an open source DIY MIDI controller based on the Teensy platform. It was developed in cooperation with The Covert Operators, Bjorn Vayner. It features eight illuminated rotary encoders and class compliant midi. It is assembled with all through hole components making it hacker friendly.

Enclosures were made by the monome community . The pictured enclosure is milled from bamboo, and was kindly donated by ootini.
